Fixed Communication Section takes responsibility for the fixed communication engineering affairs including plan, design, construction, allocation, and maintenance, etc.
Communication Equipment Section takes responsibility for the procurement, allocation, store, freight and supply of the communication equipments as well as information system management.
Logistic Section is responsible for logistics and general service.
Secretariat conducts affairs such as secretary, research and evaluation, archives management, legal regulation and pubic relations, etc.
Operations Section conducts affairs at national level and anti-spy security, the national safety protection, the staff fidelity investigation as well as the security-defense propaganda.
Accounting Office conducts annual revenue, accounting and statistics affairs.
Mobility Communication Section takes charge of planning, servicing and maintaining the mobile radio communication.
Microwave Communication Section takes charge of planning, constructing, superintending, controlling, utilizing and maintaining the microwave carrier system.
